Carole,
Nancy and I want to thank you for
aranging our extraordinary two weeks
in Israel. From our first phone
conversation about this trip, through
our meeting to go over the itinerary,
and finally getting together for sodas
on the patio at the King David at the
half-way point of our trip, you conveyed
both professionalism and an infectious
enthusiasm about the planning of our travel
in Israel.
The variety of activities you planned had
not only our daughter, but us, actively
engaged throughout the entire two weeks.
But the dominant theme that made the trip
so memorable was the companionship of our
guide from your Israeli tour company, Mabat.
He was a perfect companion for us:
extremely knowledgeable, a great personality
fit, very attentive to our daughter, and
extremely flexible about last minute requests
for changes in the itinerary.
Overall, we couldn't have asked for more.
Most importantly, our daughter came home
with a renewed appreciation for Israel and
memories that will last her a lifetime.

Dear Carole,
Thank you for coordinating our recent Los
Angeles Religious Leaders Mission. The members
of our delegation--rabbis, bishops, ministers, professional and volunteer leaders representing
diverse Christian, Jewish and Muslim communities-
-had a unique and successful trip to the Vatican,
Rome, Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.
As mission co-leader with Bishop Edward Clark,
I am well aware of the complex land, air, dining,
meeting and touring arrangements for our
interfaith mission. You coordinated these
complicated details smoothly and professionally,
and ensured that the group had a wonderful and meaningful experience.
Carole, it is always a pleasure to work with you.

closely with Carole Kracer, professionally

Carole,
We had the BEST time, thanks to you! Everything
was so perfect. Our guide was amazing, I hate to
keep saying "perfect" but he was. The weather was wonderful, the hotels were fine. This was the trip
to end all trips, now I want to go back asap. We
ate the best food we've ever had.
Our itinerary was, of course, perfect like everything
else you arranged. I am sure you never need
references, but feel free to use me as one if you
wish. I have already given your information to two
other couples who might go.

members of our group from Kehillat Israel
Congregation in Pacific Palisades, CA
thoroughly enjoyed the visit you planned and
coordinated for us.
The highlights were numerous: Shabbat Services
on the shore of Yam Kinneret, the Palmach
Museum; Shabbat Services at the So Wall
Steps in Jerusalem; dinner at the Bar El
Family home in Safed; visiting the IDF Base
on the Golan Heights and the extension to
Eilat and Petra.
The hotels were perfect and our Guide, Ron
was knowledgeable and an excellent Guide and
everyone fell in love with Eli, our bus driver.
You have created memories we will treasure
